My morning break is always so quick but so needed. My breakfast this morning was tasty but did not enough to keep me full for long. By 3 hours I was starting to get the shakes. I always take a morning break for 15 min after my rounds/charting is done before I start the process all over again. I knew that some sugar was in definite need but not to much with a mix of protein if I had any hopes of making it to lunch without eating my arm off. I love cinnamon and bananas so I paired them with 3 rice cakes topped
Publix Fat-Free Caramel yogurt. It was just what I needed to make it to lunch a few hours later.
